You’ll also provide expert guidance on designing, developing, and enhancing the platform’s capabilities. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their mission, architecture, priorities, and security requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Skills
- 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
- Proficiency in Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configuration, custom apps, and development methods
- Strong experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
- Excellent collaboration skills and strong communication abilities
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow implementations
- Collaborate with service management teams to meet the needs of stakeholders
- Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities
- Collaborate with Government clients to create effective implementation strategies
- Lead and mentor development teams while sharing best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow systems and solutions, especially in DoD or Federal environments
- Leadership experience in guiding development teams
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with senior leaders and executives
