Compensation and Benefits

Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
• Proficiency in Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configuration, custom apps, and development methods
• Strong experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
• Excellent collaboration skills and strong communication abilities
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow implementations
• Collaborate with service management teams to meet the needs of stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities
• Collaborate with Government clients to create effective implementation strategies
• Lead and mentor development teams while sharing best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow systems and solutions, especially in DoD or Federal environments
• Leadership experience in guiding development teams
• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with senior leaders and executives
