Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst/ Business Process Consultant - URGENT

Length: 12+ months contract

Rate: $50-60/hr. on 1099

Location: Remote -- with 2-4 days in the office/per month near Harrisburg.

Status: East Coast Citizen or Green Card candidates. NO visa candidates will be considered.

Experience: ServiceNow BA/Business Process Consultant

Prefer: 6+ years as BA/BPC with ServiceNow

Responsibilities: Act as a strategic advisor and liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including understanding of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM and PPM
• Proven experience in business process modeling and workflow design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
