Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant - ServiceNow to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow platform and ensuring its optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with selecting appropriate platforms and integrating solutions.
• Develop software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects.
• Align these with business strategies and objectives.
• Provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT service management.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.
• Knowledge of ITOM, Discovery, Service Graph & Mapping, Configurations, Integration & Automation, Performance Analytics, ITSM, Migration & Upgrade, and Service Portal.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
