IT Technical Lead - ServiceNow Specialist

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL Server/TSQL, as well as experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration.

You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting software programs. You will also work closely with business partners to develop technical solutions and lead technical teams in the development of mid to large size project development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new systems using ServiceNow
• Provide input to design proposals and recommendations for increased efficiency
• Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service
• Assess, design and develop level of effort estimates
• Lead technical teams in the development of project development efforts
• Work with business partners to develop technical solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field
• 5-7 years progressive experience in a software related field
• 3-5 years ServiceNow administration experience
