About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering products that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, providing the engineering team with a clear understanding of the vision, features, and acceptance criteria for individual stories.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into a well-defined product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with UX/UI design experts and research colleagues to develop user-centric features that enhance the overall user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including its modules and core capabilities.
• Knowledge of service catalogue module, including functional knowledge of how to create, manage, categorize catalogue items.
• Awareness of UX best practices to ensure a user-friendly Service Catalogue interface.
• Competence in translating business requirements into technical specifications and communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication to convey the product vision, requirements, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Active listening to understand stakeholder needs and feedback.
