ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Job Description

The role of the ServiceNow Architect is to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes working with clients to assess their current state processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing plans to implement ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and scoping workshops to ensure client needs are well understood.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints.
• Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to implementation teams.
• Determine and define integration requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Plan and coordinate testing and test acceptance phases.
• Serve as a senior technical member of the team, delivering hands-on configuration, development, and integration services.

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Background and deep experience with ServiceNow, including accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products.
• Experience as a developer is required.
• Engaging presentation style and ability to manage multiple presentation scenarios.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
