Role Overview

This role involves leading the development and implementation of a Service Catalog strategy that supports organizational goals and ITSM processes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a Service Catalog strategy that aligns with organizational goals and ITSM processes
• Establish and enforce Service Catalog governance policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog dashboards and reports to provide visibility into catalog health and performance

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM best practices.
