Software Solutions Engineer - ITSM

The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in Software Solutions Engineering, specifically in IT Service Management (ITSM). As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance our IT operations.

You'll focus on creating efficient workflows for Catalog Items, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to automate tasks and improve user experience. Your expertise in creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes will enable us to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

Additionally, you'll work on developing Complex Workflows for the Change Module, configuring Inbound Email Actions, and creating Events, Script Actions, and Notification templates. Your knowledge of SLA configuration and Reporting tools will help us make data-driven decisions.
