About the Position: ">

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Configurator to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex applications on the ServiceNow platform. ">

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting. You will be working on various projects, including ITSM, ITOM, and scoped applications. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, creating, and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs. ">

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collaborate on project tasks and ensure timely delivery. ">

Responsibilities: ">

• Design, create, and configure complex ServiceNow applications">
• Maintain and enhance existing applications">
• Develop process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans">
• Coordinate with multiple departments to accomplish project tasks">
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices in ServiceNow"> ">

Requirements: ">

• ">
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 18 years of relevant experience">
• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years of relevant experience">
• Active ServiceNow certifications (at least one)">
• Experience with ITBM, specifically PPM">
• Extensive understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customization">
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) clearance"> ">
