Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Principal Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that empower higher education institutions to achieve their goals using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of architectural blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Deliver expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, enabling teams to optimize their performance.
• Foster collaboration among senior stakeholders to identify business needs and develop scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, showcasing a track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
