IT Operations Management (ITOM) ServiceNow Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Management (ITOM) ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Alta-IT-Services. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions to optimize IT service management
• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM) to standardize data across IT services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations to ensure optimal performance and scalability
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities Requirements:
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
