ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow development, including ServiceNow architecture and data model, table and field structures, business rules, workflows, and approvals.
The ideal candidate will be able to design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry, with a focus on telecommunication service management. They will also have experience with scripting, integration with external systems, and using ServiceNow APIs. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for the telecommunications industry
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes
- Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Minimum two years of experience in ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and FSM, or equivalent certifications
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with at least 3 ServiceNow modules and applications, including IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience with database design and development, including creating and modifying database schemas and writing SQL queries
- Knowledge of information architecture principles, including taxonomy and ontology, content modeling, and user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
