Job Description:

A senior-level IT Service Management Architect is needed to lead the design and implementation of technical solutions aligned with clients' business needs and ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing various IT Service Management processes and working on End-to-End implementations of the CMDB module using Discovery tool in ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical architecture, defining technical solutions for architecture and design, and evaluating tool stability and performance. The selected candidate will also participate in planning meetings, review and analyze application issues, and define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications include knowledge of new ServiceNow modules, Discovery, CMDB & Event Management, ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and ITIL process knowledge. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
