Agile Team Lead for ServiceNow

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Team Lead for ServiceNow to lead our team in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agile project management, software development, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, estimating the level of effort, developing conceptual designs, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Additionally, the candidate must participate in daily SCRUM meetings, Agile team ceremonies, and collaborate with team members to resolve application issues.

This role requires strong leadership skills to support the requirements definition and application testing processes, investigate application issues, and develop reports according to ongoing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and estimate the level of effort
• Develop conceptual designs and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and Agile team ceremonies

Requirements

Required Skills:

3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Desired Skills/Experience:

Java or developmental language, AngularJS, Experience with API-based data sources, Relational Database Experience, Leadership experience, Knowledge of financial systems
