About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features and working closely with the engineering team to deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into a well-defined product roadmap.
- Work closely with UX/UI design experts and research colleagues to develop user-centric features that enhance the user experience.
- Lead and shape critical products within ServiceNow, driving innovation and growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including its modules and core capabilities.
- Experience with service catalogue module, including creating, managing, and categorizing catalogue items.
- Awareness of UX best practices to ensure a user-friendly Service Catalogue interface.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
