ServiceNow CMDB Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Policing process adherence and data quality against documented standards.
• Ensuring governance of CI data against SACM policies and procedures.
• Promoting awareness and education of SACM policies and procedures throughout the organization and its Service Providers.
• Designing and implementing interfaces with internal and external applications in line with the CMDB Data Model.

About You:

• You have a strong understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes.
• You have 3+ years of experience working in a process-driven organization, preferably an ITIL-aligned Service Management organization.
• You have experience with inventory discovery tools and infrastructure management tools used to provide Configuration data.
• You have knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• You have quality documentation skills and reporting capabilities.
