Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional ServiceNow Program Manager to lead strategic ServiceNow

initiatives including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM projects. This role combines program management excellence with transformational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on enterprise-wide technology and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies aligning ServiceNow capabilities with

broader business goals.

• Lead multiple ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) from initiation through

successful delivery.

• Manage cross-functional teams (developers, testers, admins, change management

professionals).

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align project outcomes with

organizational objectives.

• Oversee program governance, manage milestones, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and maximize user engagement.
• Track and report program success metrics, ROI, and progress to leadership.
• Recommend and integrate ServiceNow platform innovations to enhance business

operations.

• Mentor project managers, encouraging continuous improvement and excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience delivering technology/business

transformation programs.

• Strong expertise with ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and align technology initiatives with

business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local to Raleigh, NC (preferred but not required).
• PMP, ITIL Foundation, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator or equivalent).
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change management and adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Certifications (if any)

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• ITIL Foundation
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other platform-specific certs

Additional Information:

• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (GC).
• Tax Terms: W2 Only.
• Start Date: May 5, 2025.
• 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
