ServiceNow Developer and Architect

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively work in a team environment. As a Business Process Automation Expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated solutions to improve business efficiency and reduce manual errors. Responsibilities

• Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in various areas, including Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.
