ServiceNow Developer - Enterprise Solutions

Job Summary We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Integration Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations, automations, and intelligent workflows across enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, custom spokes, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and orchestrate flows, subflows, and actions in Flow Designer for business process automation.
• Build reusable custom Integration Hub spokes for internal and third-party system connectivity.
• Write and manage complex scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure and implement Playbooks and Process Automation Designer for guided interactions.
• Develop AI-driven user experiences using prompt engineering with ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow integration and automation.
