Job Description
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who can design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules to meet business and IT objectives.
The successful candidate will implement and enhance ITIL-based workflows to streamline service delivery, improve efficiency, and ensure best practices.
They will also develop automation and integration solutions using ServiceNow capabilities such as Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
