Senior IT Specialist with Expertise in ServiceNow Integration

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team of professionals who support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of API-driven development, middleware, and full-stack engineering to design, develop, and implement new system integrations with the ServiceNow platform in support of the CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Perform system testing and assist users in UAT and post-deployment support.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow performance through scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, etc.), automation, and scheduled jobs.
• Ensure system compliance with security and best practices.
• Document technical solutions and processes clearly and comprehensively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field OR Associate degree and 6+ years' experience OR High school diploma or GED and 8+ years' experience in a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Security+ Active TS/SCI Clearance
