CMDB Development Expert

Job Description ) We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules while developing and deploying scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities ) Solution Discovery & Design: Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes and functional requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solution designs.

Technical Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements and industry best practices.

Data Migration: Facilitate and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Integration Management: Assist in designing and lead the integration of ServiceNow with other systems for seamless end-to-end processes.

System Optimization: Analyze platform performance and implement optimization strategies for the efficiency and security of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements ) 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including ITSM and CMDB support.

1+ year of experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and workflow design.

1+ years of experience developing scoped applications and customizing the Service Portal.

6+ months of exposure to ITIL practices and ITSM processes.

1+ years of knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices for maintaining data integrity.
