Solution Architect/Senior Developer ServiceNow

Job Description

This is an On-Site position. Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at omm-it-solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to define strategies to best utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
• Develop agile based workplans and schedules for planning and executing development activities.
• Lead teams of developers to provide work products and solutions to customers.
• Ensure work products meet customer requirements and expectations. Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
• 5+ years of experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with the US Federal Government.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management, requirements management, and Agile development practices.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect.
• Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management. Desired Skills:
• Web development technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Implementing Java scripting for automation across ServiceNow modules.
• REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and external Portals.
• SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP knowledge.
• ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR Certification.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
