Required Skills: 4–6 years of experience in analytical roles, emphasizing problem identification and resolution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. ServiceNow Administrator Certification required.
Desired Skills: Advanced certifications in ServiceNow or related platforms are a plus.
