Technical Lead - ServiceNow Platform:

We seek an accomplished technical lead with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, IT service management, and IT operations to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of integrations with various systems using Integration Hub.
  • Ensure that all code developed adheres to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Enforce adherence to corporate security policies and industry standards through regular audits.
  • Implement best practices in CMDB, CSDM, and discovery to enhance platform efficiency.
  • Manage user permissions and access levels within the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Document and share knowledge with team members.
  • Maintain MID Servers and ensure they operate optimally.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for ServiceNow upgrades.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow-related projects.

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks is advantageous.
  • Detailed understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and discovery methodologies.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Proven track record in implementing CMDB and CSDM best practices.
  • Active ServiceNow System Admin Basic Certification.
  • ServiceNow System Administration Advanced Certification is a plus.
  • HAM Pro and SAM Pro certifications are highly desirable.
