Technical Lead - ServiceNow Platform:
We seek an accomplished technical lead with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, IT service management, and IT operations to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and implementation of integrations with various systems using Integration Hub.
- Ensure that all code developed adheres to ServiceNow best practices.
- Enforce adherence to corporate security policies and industry standards through regular audits.
- Implement best practices in CMDB, CSDM, and discovery to enhance platform efficiency.
- Manage user permissions and access levels within the platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Document and share knowledge with team members.
- Maintain MID Servers and ensure they operate optimally.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for ServiceNow upgrades.
- Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow-related projects.
Required Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and workflows.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks is advantageous.
- Detailed understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and discovery methodologies.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform administration.
- Proven track record in implementing CMDB and CSDM best practices.
- Active ServiceNow System Admin Basic Certification.
- ServiceNow System Administration Advanced Certification is a plus.
- HAM Pro and SAM Pro certifications are highly desirable.
