Overview
We are currently using ServiceNow Knowledge Management V3 and have recently enabled the article versioning feature.
As a result, we would like to build a system that automatically redirects users to the latest published version when they access an older version of an article.

Implement logic to automatically redirect users accessing old article versions with sys_id to the latest version
