About the Position ">

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Integrator to integrate external systems into the ServiceNow platform using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies. ">

Key Responsibilities ">

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Perform system testing and assist users in UAT and post-deployment support.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow performance through scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, etc.), automation, and scheduled jobs.
• Ensure system compliance with security and best practices.
• Document technical solutions and processes clearly and comprehensively. ">

Requirements ">

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Security+ certification.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance. ">
