ServiceNow Implementation Lead

Position Overview:

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in IT technical roles, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation and customization.
2. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow features, including but not limited to, ITSM, ITOM, and GRC modules.
3. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
