Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced technical expert to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing exceptional technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow features, functionality, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing infrastructure and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new ServiceNow features to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT technical roles, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow features, including but not limited to, ITSM, ITOM, and GRC modules.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
