About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs for ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Business Requirements: Collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Document Workflows: Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
  • Assist Project Team: Assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design optimal solutions.
  • Create Wireframes: Create wireframes/mockups for user stories, review them with customers, and gather feedback.
  • Identify Risks: Identify and document risks and constraints related to requirements.
  • Develop User Stories: Break down documented requirements into epics and decompose them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Test Plan: Assist and lead test plan development and execution, perform functional tests on each configured story.
  • Support Quality Management: Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
  • Provide Training: Assist, develop, and deliver end-user training.
  • Develop Automated Tests: Assist in the development of automated tests in ServiceNow.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow.
  • 3 years of experience in business processes and business analysis in a software application environment.
  • 3 years of experience designing and developing process workflows, capturing and writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • 3 years of experience developing and maintaining system lifecycle documentation.
  • Understanding of both functional and non-functional software testing.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM areas.
  • Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new solutions applicable to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices and understanding of industry trends.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfortable leading in both technical and organizational contexts.
  • Experience working on projects with large global/multinational corporations.
