Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to support a long-term engagement with our West Coast-based client. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules and be comfortable working remotely while aligning with US Pacific Standard Time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize core ITSM modules including:
• Incident Management
• Change Request Management
• Service Catalog
• Knowledge Base
• Support and enhance CMDB implementation:
• Asset Management with Qualys integration (Asia only)
• CMDB without Discovery (North America)
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Prepare for and support the upcoming implementation of SPM Pro (Strategic Portfolio Management Professional)
• Work independently and provide technical leadership when required
• Provide production support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow modules

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM module configuration
• Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset Management practices
• Experience with Qualys integration is a plus
• Exposure to or interest in SPM Pro implementation is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment
• Must be available to support PST time zone (US West Coast hours)
