Job Summary:

Technozis is looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant to implement and optimize HRSD solutions, enhancing HR processes and employee experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge Management, along with strong integration and automation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD modules (HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).

• Align ServiceNow HRSD capabilities with HR processes and business requirements.

• Develop and customize HR workflows, self-service portals, and automation solutions.

• Ensure HR data security, access controls, and compliance within ServiceNow.

• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

• Create HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to track service performance.

• Provide training and documentation for HR teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, ITSM, and workflow automation.

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and integrations.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with HR compliance, data privacy, and role-based access controls.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD)

• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
