ServiceNow CSM Developer

We are Hiring Senior ServiceNow CSM Developers

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore

Experience - 5 + years.

PFB JD:

• Minimum 5 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience.
• Experience in Configuration of Service Portal and custom widgets along with required workflows and processes
• Experience in Implementing designer-provided user interfaces.
• Worked on setting up Service portal content so that it‘s only available to authenticated users
• Experience with Service Portal to determine the users logging in to the portal and customization with a combination of system properties and script include
• Experience in creating, monitoring, modifying, and publishing service catalog workflows with approvals
• Experience in matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal
• Designing, configuring and customizing new applications and modules. Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues
• Configured Used Access Control Rules for securing and providing the right access to right person/role
• Develop custom Mobile Applets along with features like barcode scans, language translation for mobile, etc.

Certification -

• ServiceNow Administration certification (Must Have)
• ServiceNow CIS (+various tracks) (Good to Have)
• Required Skills -
• Basic ServiceNow Platform knowledge
• Basic ITSM & CSM Process knowledge
• Client & Server APIs, Script Includes
• JavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JSON, Agile Scrum Knowledge
• Proficient with Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of relational database management systems, stored procedures, queries
• Basic ITSM and CSM Process knowledge
• Reporting & Dashboards
