ServiceNow GRC Lead

About The Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow GRC Lead to oversee the design, development and deployment of GRC solutions. This role will drive compliance initiatives, risk assessments and control automation using the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise GRC frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA and NIST.
• Hands-on configuration, scripting and customization skills.
• Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams and GRC transformation programs.
• Lead GRC implementations on the ServiceNow platform including Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit and Vendor Risk modules.
• Act as the SME for GRC processes and platform capability alignment.
• Manage governance processes, including documentation, risk scoring and control testing.
• Engage with internal audit, security and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver performance analytics and dashboards for compliance reporting.
• ServiceNow GRC/IRM certifications are highly preferred.
