About The Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow GRC Lead to oversee the design, development and deployment of GRC solutions. This role will drive compliance initiatives, risk assessments and control automation using the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise GRC frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA and NIST.
- Hands-on configuration, scripting and customization skills.
- Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams and GRC transformation programs.
- Lead GRC implementations on the ServiceNow platform including Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit and Vendor Risk modules.
- Act as the SME for GRC processes and platform capability alignment.
- Manage governance processes, including documentation, risk scoring and control testing.
- Engage with internal audit, security and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Deliver performance analytics and dashboards for compliance reporting.
- ServiceNow GRC/IRM certifications are highly preferred.
