Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis with a focus on the ServiceNow platform, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and workflows.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Proficiency in creating process flows and workflow diagrams.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and Service Management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in ServiceNow Business Analyst or related areas is a plus.
