ServiceNow CMDB Administrator Role

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow, a strong understanding of ITIL principles, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration Management Administration and Maintenance
• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Regularly audit configuration data to identify inconsistencies, address gaps, and enforce data governance policies.
• Design and implement automated workflows within ServiceNow to streamline data updates and ensure real-time accuracy.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze configuration data stored in ServiceNow to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs within ServiceNow to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve IT infrastructure and configuration management processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration management, data analysis, or CMDB administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including CMDB module administration and customization.
• A strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Configuration Management.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and workflows within ServiceNow.
