ServiceNow HRSD Consultant Expert

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge HR automation and digital transformation projects. We need an experienced ServiceNow HRSD consultant who can design, implement, and optimize HRSD solutions, enhancing HR processes and employee experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy ServiceNow HRSD modules to align with HR processes and business requirements.
• Develop and customize HR workflows, self-service portals, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance within ServiceNow through thorough evaluation and implementation.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR platforms, such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Create actionable HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to track service performance and provide valuable insights.
• Deliver comprehensive training and documentation to HR teams, empowering them to leverage ServiceNow effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Demonstrated expertise in HR processes, ITSM, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and familiarity with HR compliance, data privacy, and access controls.
• Superb problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
