For an international project in Europe, we are urgently looking for a remote HRSD ServiceNow Developer / Architect.

Candidates need to have 4 years of relevant experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow with at least 2 HRDS projects (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow). EU candidates are welcome to apply and need to be based in Europe.

Work permit is not provided. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs; Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers; Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service; Planning and implementing integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs;

Profile: Extensive experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow platform; 4+ years of relevant experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow; Worked in at least 3 different ServiceNow engagements, with a minimum of 2 in the HR domain (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow); Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g. TOGAF); Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and / or SAFe; 5+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead; Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design; Good knowledge of business process analysis; Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap and Typescript; Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components; Experience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect); Experience with responsive and adaptive design; Application Developer / Integration Hub / Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification is an advantage;
