We are seeking a remote HRSD ServiceNow Developer/Architect for an international project in Europe. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow, with at least 2 HRDS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs;
• Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers;
• Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service;
• Plan and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs;

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• Extensive experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow platform;
• 4+ years of relevant experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow;
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g. TOGAF);
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe;
• 5+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead;
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design;
• Good knowledge of business process analysis;
• Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap, and Typescript;
• Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components;
• Experience in Web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect);
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design;
• Application Developer / Integration Hub / Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification is an advantage;
• Fluent in English;

This is a long-term position for EU candidates based in Europe. A work permit is not provided.
