Hrsd Servicenow Developer/Architect

Highly skilled HRSD ServiceNow Developer/Architect required for a long-term international project in Europe. Ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as Solution Architect on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HRDS projects (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow). Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored HR services, case management, and workflows to meet business needs.
• Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers.
• Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service.
• Plan and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs. Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Extensive experience as Solution Architect on the ServiceNow platform (at least 4+ years).
• 3+ different ServiceNow engagements, with at least 2 related to activities deployed in the HR domain (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow).
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe.
• 5+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design.
• Good knowledge of business process analysis.
• Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap, and Typescript.
• Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi-module, Web Components.
• Experience in Web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Application Developer / Integration Hub / Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English. Profile

The ideal candidate will be based in Europe, EU candidates are welcome to apply. Work permit is not provided. A bachelor's or master's degree and extensive experience as a Solution Architect on the ServiceNow platform are required. Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks and Project Management frameworks is also necessary. Additionally, proficiency in Angular, Bootstrap, and Typescript, as well as good knowledge of business process analysis, is required. Experience in Web security, authentication, and authorization protocols, and experience with responsive and adaptive design, are also beneficial. Application Developer / Integration Hub / Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification is an advantage. The position is long-term.
