Overview:

Our customer is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support the implementation and optimization of AI/ML features on the ServiceNow platform.

This role focuses on both technical architecture and user experience (UX) and requires a skilled internal expert with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's advanced intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX & Performance Optimization: Fine-tune Agent Workspace for improved user experience and system performance.
• Predictive Intelligence: Refine predictive intelligence models to deliver accurate and contextually relevant recommended actions in Agent Workspace.
• AI Search Enhancement: Improve AI Search functionality for both agents and end-users to return more meaningful and accurate results.
• Virtual Agent Implementation: Lead the technical architecture and UX design for implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
• Task Intelligence Integration: Leverage Task Intelligence to enhance and streamline case routing, reducing resolution times and increasing operational efficiency.

Experience and Skillset Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/ML features, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Task Intelligence.
• Proven track record in Agent Workspace customization and UX enhancements.
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
