ServiceNow CMDB Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow CMDB. You will also integrate various systems and technologies to support business operations and analyze and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure and ServiceNow CMDB.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical roadmaps to leverage the latest existing platform capabilities and reduce technical debt
• Partner with groups across the organization to ingest new data sources and ensure data is reconciled using technology rules
• Work closely with teams to ensure discovery errors are managed and root causes identified
• Provide input to technical roadmaps and collaborate with diverse teams to change IT processes and bring together experts in AI technologies and orchestration technologies

Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of experience managing or operating IT Discovery and CMDB solutions using enterprise-grade solutions (with a minimum of 3 years within the ServiceNow platform)
• Preferred certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist, and/or Certified System Administrator
• Demonstrated experience with data governance and automation, including their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions
• Exposure to automating processes, customer interactions, Predictive or Agentic AI, and/or machine learning in concept and in practice
