ServiceNow Solutions Developer

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an intermediate level ServiceNow developer to work on designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD. Additionally, they should be proficient in creating and managing advanced scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies, as well as integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Design, Develop, and Implement ServiceNow Solutions
• Configure and Customize ServiceNow Modules
• Create and Manage Advanced Scripts and Workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with Third-Party Systems and Applications
• Perform System Upgrades, Testing, and Troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to Gather Requirements
• Provide Mentorship to Junior Developers

Requirements:

• 2-5 Years of Hands-On Experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Capabilities, Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and Integrations
• ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD) are a Strong Asset
• Strong Understanding of ITIL Principles and ServiceNow Best Practices
• Excellent Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Communication Skills
