Senior ServiceNow Implementation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow Architect to lead the implementation of Servicenow for multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Servicenow architecture, configuration, and customization, including ITSM, asset management, and facilities management modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading agile teams through iterative processes, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery. They will also ensure the proper migration and transformation of legacy databases into the cloud, addressing current limitations. Additionally, they will drive change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and user adoption of Servicenow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of Servicenow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT operations.
• Overseeing the transition from legacy systems (including Heat) to Servicenow, ensuring efficient data migration, integration, and workflows.
• Guiding the Servicenow development and architecture teams, helping to integrate facilities management, fleet management, and asset management solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for Servicenow implementation, leveraging generative AI tools to streamline the process.
• Working on integration strategies, particularly for specialized units, asset management, and workflows.
• Ensuring the proper migration and transformation of legacy databases into the cloud, addressing current limitations.
