IT Service Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to join our team. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
• Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Adhere to development best practices, including version control, documentation, and coding standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• ServiceNow certifications would be a strong asset.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.
• Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
