Primary Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing a project team to deliver the ServiceNow project on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the ServiceNow platform meets the organization's needs.
  • Oversee and manage development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow changes, enhancements, and integrations
  • Providing training and support to end-users of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Managing and maintaining the ServiceNow instance to ensure it is operating at optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with the development team to implement customizations and integrations as needed
  • Managing and communicating project progress, issues, risks and timelines to stakeholders, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Act as primary point of contact for ServiceNow related requests and escalations from stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Willing to travel 30%.
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related technical discipline.
  • 10 plus years of Project management experience.
  • Experience with Metrics and Reporting, ServiceNow background, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, ITIL
  • Must have done at least one large scale ServiceNow implementation from start to finish - Required
  • Experience managing Projects for Public sector clients will be an advantage
  • PMP Certification Required
  • ServiceNow experience is required for this position
