• *Position: ServiceNow Admin**

• *MJB Technology Solutions is looking for a ServiceNow Admin with following skills as part of our team**:

• Administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons.

• Ensures operational integrity of workflows and configurations.

• Commit to the continuous improvement and learning development of ServiceNow emerging trends and technology

• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the operations of the ServiceNow platform.

• Create, maintain, and enhance team dashboards, analytics, and reporting

• Advise on features and functionality.

• Resolve ServiceNow incidents and fulfill routine service requests.

• Monitor ServiceNow enhancement work queue

• *What will you need to succeed in this role?**

• 2-5 Years of experience as ServiceNow Administrator

• Experience managing ITSM vendor partners

• Strong communication and key metric understanding skills

• Strong analytical presentation skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams (strong multitasking)

• Coding experience (java script) is an asset
