*Responsibilities**
-
Analyzes user requirements to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap
-
Responsible for the continuous review of new ServiceNow modules, as well as other commercially available software to ensure the ServiceNow platform and tools remain current
-
Is responsible for the creation and documentation of development, unit test cases and build plans
-
Creating and configuring Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting
-
Creating and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
-
Collaborate with vendors to assure designed solution architecture quality and functional requirements
-
Interface with the customer representatives to collect and document current client processes
-
Creates and maintains technical documentation for the description of processes
-
Defines functional and non-functional requirement specifications using adopted best practices (uses cases)

Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards
-
Develops/implements new configurations for ServiceNow
-
Implements new ServiceNow modules based on the needs
-
Performs system and integration testing
-
Supports all future releases and provides updates to the software as required based on feedback from users
-
Maintains an understanding of ServiceNow modules and software licensing functionality

*Requirements**:
-
2+ years ServiceNow working experience with exposure to development, design and implementation
-
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes
-
ITIL Foundations Certification considered an asset
-
Must be engaged and able to see projects through from start to finish with little guidance
-
Must possess business Analyst skills and experience working directly with stakeholders, customers, and clients.

Understanding of ServiceNow functionality and how ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow, exposure to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Outage Module and Service Portal modules is considered and asset

Ability to work in challenging and ambiguous environments

Ability to communicate effectively and regularly to team members

Ability to work across functional areas to drive continuous improvement

The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
