ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow expert, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, and UI components
• Integrate 3rd party software with ServiceNow applications such as Workday and Dynamics 365
• Own and develop custom integrations of ServiceNow HAM with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions in a highly efficient and effective manner
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades
• Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Participate in design review, user requirements sessions, and development teams to deliver features and capabilities supporting automation initiatives
• Establish and maintain coding standards to support consistency
• Facilitate cross-discipline awareness, including cross-training and engagement in processes, gathering service-related data, creating dashboards, and participating in performance improvement initiatives
• Develop and document work instructions to ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with the business and IT teams to gather input for ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support
