About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team and lead the implementation, administration, and support of our ServiceNow platform.

As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing tier-2 support of application incidents, analyzing complex systems and workflows, and identifying opportunities for functional and stability improvement on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy new features and enhancements, as well as provide training and documentation to junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a healthcare or technology-related work environment, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITBM/SPM, and one of HRSD, SLO, FSM.

Additionally, you should have excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk
  • Analyze complex systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design, implement, and deploy new features and enhancements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate application support
  • Train and document procedures for junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in a healthcare or technology-related work environment
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITBM/SPM, and one of HRSD, SLO, FSM
  • Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills
