ITSM ServiceNow Platform Operations Lead

Director of ITSM ServiceNow Platform Operations We are seeking a highly experienced Director of ITSM ServiceNow Platform Operations to join our team. As a key member of the Engineering & Ops team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the implementation and ongoing support of ServiceNow instances.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the Application support engineers team to ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow platform enhancements and implementations
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures for incident, problem, and change management related to the ServiceNow platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT operations and/or application support
